Astra Pro is the most revolutionary monoblock bridge saw machine in its category. 5 automatic axes, dedicated and integrated software on a new 15” swinging touch-screen panel, colour display and interactive macros that easily allow the programming directly on-board the machine. Conceived and focused on customer needs, it is the best performing machine in its category.
The machine structure and the worktop are made of electro-welded steel with hot dip galvanizing treatment, which guarantees high resistance to external agents.
X / Y / Z axes movements (interpolated axes) are accomplished on slideways with ball-bearing guide blocks protected by bellows. C and A axes of positioning.
Fixed work table with wood surface water resistent measures 3.400 x 1.900 mm (133.86” x 74,80”). With frame extension from Y 2000 to Y 2700 the table surface extends to 3400*2400 mm (133.86” x 94.48” opt.). The tilting version with hydraulic pump, (opt.) promotes slab loading, speeding up the production process.
The automatic lubrication system (opt.) helps the components preservation. The blade motor has Hp18 – kW 13.2 power, it can reach a maximum speed of 3000 Rpm with inverter, cutting thicknesses up to 145 mm. with disc Ø 500 mm. (200 mm. with blade 625 mm. opt.)
The automatic rotation of the head 0° ÷370° and the automatic tilting blade 0° and 45° allow to perform multiple processing in a simple and intuitive way.
Astra PRO is ideal for small and medium workshops in order to realize indoor and outdoor designs such as kitchen counters, bathroom counters, capitals, tables, stairs and floors.
